On the Technical Side
In the product development lifecycle, we design the various components within the design requirements. Many of our assumptions are based on manufacturer specifications and environmental assumptions. To verify that appropriate margins are met at the various parts of the circuit, we often do Thermal Imager Testing. Excessive temperature can be a cause of failure in electrical components. Additionally, unexpected heat generation can quickly identify faults or design issues. At Conduction Technologies, we often use thermal testing in our design verification.
