Launching the Conduction Technologies App Development Team
Connecting embedded systems to users and the cloud are critical for many of the advanced technologies we develop. Though every project is different, projects often share common protocols, such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when communicating to phone apps. To support our customers and to facilitate rapid product development, Conduction Technologies actively pursues the relevant tools and technologies that are staged and ready for use on customer projects. We have now expanded into cell phone app development. This provides customers at Conduction Technologies an option for app development in addition to external app developers on the market. This is an exciting undertaking as we strive to meet and support customers’ needs.
On the Technical Side
When validating performance of a DC motor controller, we often probe the voltage and current to ensure the behavior adheres to the system design. With a battery powered system, the supply voltage (Yellow) will drop under load (Blue). For active current control, the microcontroller can sense an analog signal indicating the circuit current (Teal). This waveform capture is from a recent product test.
